Dimensions Cloud Partner

The entry level partner accreditation for Dimensions Voice.

All partners begin at this level and have been selected by Dimensions Technologies to be able to provide the best service possible and are committed to delivering Dimensions Voice as their primary Cloud offering. Having had both Sales and Technical training provided by Dimensions Technologies, they also have the full support of a Dimensions Technologiess Sales and Pre-Sales Specialists.

Dimensions Cloud Specialist - Contact Centre

Contact Centre Accreditation is awarded to Cloud Partners who have demonstrated their ability to deliver Contact Centre solutions using Dimensions Voice to their customers, with a minimum of 2 positive testimonials from their end customers being a pre-requisite. Having this certification shows the partners future customers that they have the experience in delivering Contact Centre solutions with Dimensions Voice.

Dimensions Cloud Specialist - Integration

Integration Accreditation is awarded to Cloud Partners who have demonstrated their ability to deliver custom integration solutions with Dimensions Voice’s API’s and/or advanced features to their customers, with a minimum of 2 positive testimonials from their end customers being a pre-requisite. Having this certification shows the partners future customers that they have the experience to deliver advanced and custom solutions with Dimensions Voice.
